Having phoned the confidential number (01 )8103606 for an appointment, the therapist will phone back within 24hrs (or on Mondays after a weekend call) to arrange a consultation. At the beginning you will have one, two or three initial consultations before deciding to proceed to treatment. As well as providing the necessary background information for a treatment this initial consultation process provides an opportunity to meet and build a working relationship.
